This accessory is in great vintage condition! A round lapis stone forms the domed shell of a turtle, whose limbs are extended symmetrically over the split shank band. Over time, natural wear has occurred--minor surface scratches, dulling of metal & patina buildup...cleaning & polish would no doubt do wonders. Makes a wonderful gift!
